Do I need to rethink my financial services providers?

Financial services may not be delivering for the young and wealthy. Here’s proof.

We surveyed Long Angle members to understand how they work with professional services providers. Respondents skew young (under 50) and very high-net-worth ($5-$25M). The results suggest many financial services aren’t delivering:

  • 4 in 10 with a CPA are considering switching providers

  • Only a third have a wealth manager, and 1 in 5 are thinking about dropping theirs altogether

  • Only half have a trust and estate attorney

  • Satisfaction ratings are low relative to other services

Why such low satisfaction for estate attorneys, wealth managers, and CPAs?

Long Angle members told us they’re frustrated with a lack of personalization, slow responsiveness, and high fees.

For the young and wealthy, expectations are high and loyalty is thin when value isn’t clear.
